RESIDENTIAL INTERVIEW
The first step in changing your space.
This initial consultation is also known as our Residential Interview because we’ll be meeting with you in your home (virtually or on-site) and ideally any other residents (if they so choose) that may occupy the space so we can create a person-environment fit for everyone.
We find it best in this first phase to focus on the person (feelings and attitudes) rather than upon the environment. We learn much more about our clients by asking them to describe their experiences in the home rather than to discuss what they like or dislike about it. When people talk about themselves, the environmental context is naturally included; but when people discuss specific environmental preferences, the underlying needs are not as clearly revealed
Once design goals have been established, more meaningful recommendations can be provided. As we identify your timeline and budget we’ll discuss available service options and outline a plan for next steps.

Renew, refresh, or redecorate an existing space with guidance on where to start and tips on pulling it all together.
Complete the design questionnaire and schedule your in-person or virtual consultation. Upon reviewing the space and discussing what goes and what stays, we’ll provide you with 2-3 initial design concepts. Following any revisions you’ll receive one final concept complete with furnishing and decor selections at a price that fits your established budget. We’ll place and coordinate all orders (including custom fabrications) to be shipped directly to your address. Follow our Design Implementation Guide to complete the space at your own pace with all our best tips and tricks.

Be it to fit a specific need or just generally more comfortably functional- give us the details, scope of your project and level you’d like us involved. Following your approval of a final design concept, we’ll order any items you’d like to add to the space and coordinate shipping and handling logistics to our warehouse for quality assurance. Your Transformation on-site visit will be scheduled once all items have arrived. We will deliver, assemble, and perfectly place your new furnishings along with any existing items you’ve chosen to incorporate into the space.
